What bulbs does it take, and are they included?
Four E26 bulbs, not included. Max 15W LED per shade — but that's the LED wattage, not the light output. A 15W LED is equivalent to roughly a 100W incandescent bulb, so with four shades you're getting about 400W worth of light. For a warm, relaxed feel go 2700K. For something a touch brighter, 3000K works well.
What are the shades made from?
White linen and natural jute. The linen is the outer layer that gives the fixture its clean, white look from a distance. The jute adds warmth and texture up close and is what gives the light its soft, slightly amber diffusion. Both are natural materials, so small variations in tone and weave are normal.
What are the exact dimensions?

How high should I hang it above the table?
Around 28 to 34 inches from the tabletop to the bottom of the lowest shade is standard for dining. The cord is adjustable so you set the exact drop during install.

Does it need one ceiling box or multiple?
One. All four lights drop from a single ceiling canopy, so no extra junction boxes or wiring runs are needed.
